    Why You Should Be Taking Vitamin D Supplements

    Best Vegan Protein Powder (Cheaper Than Whey!!)

    Here’s a few articles to get you started. I also recommend checking out for the research-backed suggestions on which supplements to take.

    Personally I take:

    Vitamin D3 – any day I’m not exposed to sunlight i.e. winter months
    Vegan Protein Powder – daily breakfast, blended with a banana
    Chondroitin and Glucosamine – i’m doing a lot of plyometrics and this is for joint health
    Omega 3’s – I take 2/3 the regular dosage in the evening
    ZMA – Zinc & Magnesium improves my quality of sleep and is good for testosterone, so I take 2/3 regular dosage 10-15 minutes before bed
    Spirulina & Chlorella – Spirulina = energy, Chlorella = recovery so Spirulina I would take 10 grams some mornings, and Chlorella 10 grams with dinner. Finding a quality source of these is important and I don’t take this very frequently.

    I would take Creatine Monohydrate but it has links to accelerating male pattern baldness and my hairline does not need encouraging to run away.
